I would stay again, good value, pool with towels and breakfast and shuttle

Breakfast was good, shuttle option good.

Request for room to be made up repeatedly, toilet cistern had running water noise, came to fix but still an issue so just closed door.

Very relaxed

The pool area is beautiful. Loads of greenery. Clean rooms. Loads of little restaurants near by with great breakfast options.

The staff at the hotel are so nice. Always a friendly wave and a smile. Nothing was a problem for them. Definitely will return.

Palm is amazing, so friendly and smiling all the time!! The swimming pool was very nice

We had to ask for towels one night because they did not have. It was raining and did not have umbrella to borrow us for a few hours and the breakfast buffet was every day the same… with noodles, rice and curry.

Pleasant

The pool area and bar was nice. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony onto the pool area it felt quite tropical. We were a bit disappointed with our room however as the aircon unit leaked water across the floor on our first night but luckily the staff got this fixed pretty quickly. The toilet and shower area in general could do with an upgrade it felt a bit grimy and the shower sprays everywhere. The hotel staff in general were friendly and helpful but get the impression they are understaffed and perhaps under too much pressure. The ladies at the pool bar were quite rude and anything we asked for (even a bottle of water) seemed like a huge task for them. I found it upsetting the hotel keep a bird caged in reception, slightly unethical in my opinion. Overall felt like a 3 star experience and 6/10. If you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to the beach and looking for a budget option this is it!

I am happy it was only 4 days!!

Rooms nice and clean

Restaurant. Two times we found long hair in the noodles. There wasn’t manager on the both occasions. The staff didn’t care, no one wears hats to prevent hair going in the food. It was disgusting!!

BF was average. May be little more added to that actual. The location is little inside from the main road. But the swiming pool attached room is really enjoyed much.

Value for money and nice pool

Breakfast was ok, nice coffee and omelettes were good.

Parts of the hotel were a little grubby, could do with a deep clean in places! Room was cleaned well though. I’d say good 3!star rather than 4.

Good location, great staff.

Good, quiet location. Nice, casual vibe to the resort. Friendly, super helpful staff. 10min walk to the beach area and various restaurants nearby. With more attention to detail on facilities and some basic upgrades, this resort could rate better. But was ok.

Room was quite dated, but was clean, tidy and spacious. The gym was in total disrepair and no air con,, but there are gyms nearby if that is your thing - just google. The restaurant was in a nice setting, but could do with some more effort. Breakfast was simple/budget style (there are plenty of other options elsewhere if needed for variety).

The family room was big enough for 4 adults which allowed 2 balconies. Walking distance to decent restaurants/cafes, tours, massage and bike rental was just across the road. Staff were friendly and catered to our needs.

The laundry was very expensive that we had to cart our laundry down the street for a cheaper price

Great stay, would come back again!

This is overall a very good hotel to stay in Ao Nang! The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. It was also clean and tidy. In our opinion the hotel has great asian breakfast options, including vegetarian, and a great omelette station. The hotel also provides a free back and forth shuttle service to Ao Nang beach and the Landmark night market. The staff is very friendly and there is also a tour operator booth in the hotel reception, which is convenient. The location is a short walk away from Ao Nang beach, but it has the advantage of being in a quiet place away from all the bars.

The room was really nice and comfy. The whole hotel area was very enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, coffee could be better though

Path to the beach was not nice to walk, as there is not really a pedestrian path (there is a shuttle, but need to plan in advance when to leave)

Relax and get close to nature.

I like nature, trees, and flowers in the resort very much. The swimming pool in the afternoon is not sunny, the weather is nice and not hot. The atmosphere for sipping cocktails is great.

The pool at the hotel was great as was the location. The staff was super nice and the room (premier villa) was very spacious. The showers were always hot and the water pressure was great. There is a shuttle into the city/beach which is very helpful when you don’t want to walk the road back to the hotel at night/in the heat. The restaurant across the street is very good & there is a 7-11 a few minutes away.

We booked this property for the gym as there are not really good options on Ao Nang. All the equipment was from the early 2000s, rusted and/or completely broken which was frustrating. The hotel pictures are much nicer than the reality - I would classify this hotel as a good/OK 3-star hotel, but it does not close to a 4-star hotel. I don’t think it’s as bad as the google reviews make it seem, but there are a lot of small details that could be improved that would easily change most people’s experience (fresh face towels each cleaning, refreshed toiletries each cleaning, etc.). We have been backpacking for a bit so this hotel was perfectly fine for us, but don’t expect a nice 4-star resort.

The staff was great! In the breakfast where this "omelet-lady" who was like a little sunshine every morning! We booked a pool access room, but unfortunately, it smelled like mold. They try to change it to another, but the same problem there. Luckily, lovely staff arranged room from another building, it hasn't got pool access but it didn't matter much in this case. Lovely cleaner made a sweet towel decorations! I loved them! Ee got even a nice farewell gift from the hotel, that was nice :)

Pool access rooms were smelling moldy, and I got symptoms from the smell. The pool was slippery from slime and needed a little more attention.
